At present, we produce two types of dust collection walls, namely the “ORKAN 2.5” type and the “ORKAN 2.5 bis” type, which is a double-sided device. Such a solution allows you to work freely at two stations on opposite sides of the device.
Long-lasting and reliable operation of the device is ensured by the use of the world’s highest quality materials from stainless steel to pumps, fans and electrical accessories. The dust collection walls we offer as standard are equipped with additional chambered polycarbonate covers, which increase the surface area of the workstation.
Dust collection wall
Entirely made of high-grade stainless steel, the dust wall is an excellent solution to the dust problems created during dry processing (grinding) of concrete, stone, ceramics, plastics and paint.
Modern workstation with water filter for cleaning dusty air during dry processing of stone or concrete. Contaminated air is sucked by a special fan into the interior of the device where the dust is trapped in circulating water and in the form of sludge settles at the bottom of the dust collector from where it must be drained from time to time through an appropriate valve.
The only consumable (filter) is water.
Service and Durability Guarantees
The device comes with a 12-month full warranty. The device has a self-cleaning absorber that does not need to be replaced. The device is very simple to use and requires no specialized installation.
